[Updates | 2024 Fall]
> My current research focus is integrating advanced materials with the development of high performance devices, combining fabrication and experiments with simulation modeling for Design-Technology-Co-Optimization (DTCO).
[Notes | 2022 Fall ]
> I am passionate in applying advanced materials in system-level design, pushing the frontiers of microelectronic devices and nanotechnology.
> My most recent research focus has been on Machine learning(ML) , low-dimensional materials and CVD synthesis with my Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program(UROP) supervised by Prof. Jing Kong at MIT's Research Laboratory of Electronics. I am also adopting lab skills for fabrication and characterization of devices as well as working in MIT.nano cleanroom this semester(2022 Fall).
[Ongoing research]
-2D material integration for high performance microelectronic devices.
[Course projects]
- 32x32 SRAM layout design and simulation analysis with Cadence virtuoso;
- 2D materials and related transistors literature review.
Apart from my dedication to my academic careers, I love wandering around the city and visiting all kinds of museums to get inspirations. Please check out my designs and photographs in the Arts section!
As a keen lover for systematic logic, I am excel at debates both in Chinese and English. This mindset even helped me to be a good tactic point guard when playing basketball. I also enjoy listening to all kinds of music and dancing to the rhythms.
