[Notes | 2025 Summer]
> It's my first time to visit Cornell University in Ithaca to attend SUPREME Annual Review. Also my honor to receive the Best Lightning Talk Award.
> Finishing the spring semester with an amazing experience in course 6.8120 Tissue vs. Silicon in ML, where I gave a lecture which was also published as a medium article: Learning Circuits: Neuroscience Inspirations and AI Algorithms.
[Notes | 2025 Spring]
> I just completed my Master Thesis titled 'Design-technology Co-optimization for Sub-2 nm Technology Node Based on 2D Materials'! This milestone marks progress, not the finish line. Looking forward to growing through the next phases of my PhD journey.
[Notes | 2024 Fall]
> My research focus is integrating advanced materials with the development of high performance devices, combining fabrication and experiments with simulation modeling for Design-Technology-Co-Optimization (DTCO).
[Ongoing research]
-2D material integration for high performance microelectronic devices.
[Course projects]
- 32x32 SRAM layout design and simulation analysis with Cadence virtuoso;
- 2D materials and related transistors literature review.
Apart from my dedication to my academic careers, I love wandering around the city and visiting all kinds of museums to get inspirations. Please check out my designs and photographs in the Arts section!
As a keen lover for systematic logic, I am excel at debates both in Chinese and English. This mindset even helped me to be a good tactic point guard when playing basketball. I also enjoy listening to all kinds of music and dancing to the rhythms.
